Long term in Restructuring & Turnaround

Gentlemen,

Senior at a semi-target, started at an Rx consulting group after grad. Incredibly excited to learn about rx, debt, operational aspects, etc. and stay there for as long as I can endure the lifestyle/enjoy the work/etc.

Absolutely not trying to look at the best "ex opps" in the hypebeast, IB style douchebaggery that alienated me from the IB world anyway... that being said, as someone who is trying to form some kind of career goals and envision what I should be working towards, I'd love to know what anyone in the Rx world who has exited (PE, Industry roles?) or moved up towards the MD level has experienced and any advice they had for a young kid in my position... thanks in advance for any words of wisdom
