Looking for advice!!

I shit the bed when it came to IB recruitment, looking at consulting now. I'm currently a rising junior (just wrapped up my sophomore year) at a non-target. 

Does anyone have any advice on how I can learn about the consulting process? Any good resources? Also, if anyone has insight into the recruitment timeline?
