Marakon offer: a respectable way to break into the industry and begin my career?
Looking for some advice. .
Should I consider an offer from Marakon, given that I have been unsuccessful in securing an offer from MBB? How is their reputation these days? Exit opps?
I have some opportunities to think about moving into industry or economic consulting, but MC is really appealing to me for this stage in my career (post-UG). Is Marakon a respectable way to break into the industry and begin my career?

sounds like maricon...avoid latin america if you ever have to travel, or at least don't tell them who you work for

They took a huge hit when their combination financial advisory firm/MC firm died...there's definitely a thread on it somewhere.
It's better than nothing, but it's probably too soon to see how a new hire in the new Marakon does for exit opps.
