MBA Analyst Role - Previous Experience

It looks like my options to go into consulting out of undergrad is slim to none. Graduated in May so late to the game, and starting to get rejections without interviews. From another post I made, it was suggested to work directly into Supply Chain (my major) and then go into consulting. Although those applications aren't doing too well either, if I do choose to go that route, at what level could I join a firm? Would I apply at an entry level or have to get an MBA and apply as a MBA hire?
