MBB Consulting -> SWE
Consider an MBB consultant who has been 2 years at the firm. He realizes that MBB is not really “his thing” and gets interested in SWE. He wants to break into SWE at FAANG. He has a CS degree.
What steps should he follow?
This goes for if you have a background in coding or not. Quit (because with MBB lifestyle you don't have that much free time) and smash out:
Unless you feel you can do that stuff on the weekend, then do not quit but still follow those steps.
