MBB Industry Hire / Lateral Status
Hi guys, just wanted to hear from those of you in MBB if your firm/office is looking @ lateral/industry hires at the moment - know for a fact as of 1-2 months ago, all 3 were open to and actively hiring industry hires, and subsequently at least Bain froze and just re-opened lateral hiring. There is plenty of uncertainty and movement in the market at the moment so would be useful to hear more (am considering the IB to MBB move myself).
Curious about this as well, for people who graduated '24 are you applying to lateral positions or the FT apps that open in the summer?
