MBB Middle East salaries
Hey everyone,
I’m currently in the process of choosing between multiple MBB offers for entry level in the Middle East and realized it’s been a while since anyone posted a full update on current entry-level salaries (+ evolutions 4-5 years down the line) and total comp (base, bonus, signing bonus if any, relocation, etc.) for Dubai and Riyadh offices.
If anyone recently got offers or has insights from 2024/early 2025, could you please share? Would be super helpful to see how things have evolved compared to older posts!
Also, would love to hear your thoughts on:
- Overall quality of life in Dubai vs Riyadh (especially for younger consultants, partying, meeting people, sports, etc.)
- How the work-life balance has been evolving recently
- Perks like frequent flyer miles, hotel points, and other travel benefits, are they still a big plus post-COVID?
Trying to pick the best fit not just based on the offer but also the lifestyle and career experience.
