MBB --> Partners in Performance
I am currently an EM at McK and got an offer from an ops-focused shop launched by ex-McK Sr. Partners called Partners in Performance for a similar role. Total comp is ~25% above what I make now, and there's no up-or-out. Anybody has thoughts about them?
For their size, solely based on global offices, they REALLY need a better website.
