On Competition and Competitive Strategy: Michael Porter is arguably the most influential figure in the history of corporate strategy theory and most of his theses can be found in these two books. Porter founded Monitor, which was acquired by Deloitte, so if you're going to Deloitte this could score you brownie points (but is a good read regardless of where you are working).
