Here it's 1k (£ or €, depending on location). (wrong)
EDIT: I did some digging and actually it's £2-5k (depending on seniority of hire). My bad, the 1k figure seems to be for support functions (I read too quickly the first time around).
That's not a lot! I was expecting at least 5k EUR. I know it's not tech, but in tech, it's not uncommon to get their monthly paycheck (i.e. 10-20k EUR) for a successful referral.
