Interviewed with one of the MBB's earlier this month for a summer position. Haven't heard back since the 1st round--should I presume the worst?

If you interviewed on the 1st it would still be at most 2 weeks. I'm not sure how fast MBB recruiting moves in your market but don't panic too much. Give it another couple of days then email them.
