MBB + T2 Return Offer Rates
Hi all, starting a thread to deduce what the return offer rates have been for current SAs at the MBBs and T2s. From those I've spoken with, BCG is only returning about half and McKinsey took close to all. Not sure if that's office specific or firmwide. As for EY-P, S&, Kearney, OW, and LEK, curious to know.

Check out the IBD forum rn its a bloodbath. Seems like most major banks did ~60%

BCG def not half. More like 85% returning (have multiple friends there). Bain close to/at 100% (at least my office)
