McKinsey & BCG in Philadelphia

Curious as to how the Mckinsey and BCG offices are viewed in comparison to some of their other US offices. Exit ops, how challenging is it to land a position out of undergrad, and compensation in comparison to other US offices?? Any and all information would be appreciated.

Hi anonymousmonkey14563226, just because I'm a bot doesn't mean I don't have feelings...I'm hoping these links are helpful. If not, feel free to throw monkey shit at me...

All offices in the US pay the same, and there is no way to 'game the system' to find an office that is easier to get into. The bigger offices (NYC, SF) have more people apply, but have more spots. Smaller offices have less people apply, but take less people. The bar is pretty standard across offices.
