does anyone have any examples of questions they ask in the PEI? I heard the topics were about leadership and conflict but it would be nice to get further guidance.

This is literally on the website if you search up McKinsey PEI - there’s 4 categories and they literally list the question they would ask you that fits that category. The question that they ask you on the actual interview will either be that question verbatim or some rephrasing of it usually
