Mckinsey PSG Test
I applied and failed the McKinsey PSG last year for an intern position. I am applying for a full time role this year. I already submitted my full time application, and it has not been more than 12 months yet since I was rejected. I have 2 questions

Will I be automatically rejected? as it has not been 12 months yet

If no, I was told that the PSG result lasts for 12 months, will I be automatically rejected? since I failed it last time. Would it be possible to talk to the HR and retake the PSG? (I took it in late August last year)
Any advice is appreciated!
