What do you mean McK will match lol, they raised it first and Bain is matching now. Bain is always the last to raise comp.
Which one of the MBBs did it first really doesn’t matter right? Given that all three announced it in the last couple of days. So chill out…I’m just sharing info based on how I heard it
It matters because it's a consistent pattern that establishes precedent for future raises. BCG raised a couple of weeks ago, followed by McK (+$2k) a few days ago, followed by Bain matching McK now.
Anyone knows if ACIs' pay would be adjusted?
It will be adjusted if not already, and some incoming ACIs in my office recently received email with adjusted offer letter
