A recruiter from McKinsey contacted me and told they were interested in my profile for a specialist role in their risk practice, taking into account that this is an experienced hire, what should I expect in the recruitment process and how it differs from a generalist hiring process? since I expect them to give much more relevance to the work experience you have.
