Meeting Head of Financial Practice at MBB, Questions to Ask?

I'm an analyst at a top group in top BB, and am meeting with the head of the financial practice at MBB for an informal lunch.

I think there might be some interest in my profile, and I'm seriously considering trying to lateral into consulting (I think I like strategy more than transactive experience of IBD).

I'm still making up my mind though, and would like some insight into what they actually do.
What questions could I ask?

e.g. something along the lines of what exactly their financial practice does in M&A deals, if they serve PE or mainly M&A, if their focus is more strategy or operations, etc.
