Meeting with alumni who broke into consulting— what questions should I be asking?

Hi all, As title states, I have a meeting with an alumni from my school who broke into consulting. I have my list of questions, but wanted to get the insight from you all to see if I'm missing/ can add anything to maximize this opportunity.Thank you!

- how did you use the school's career resources?

- how did you approach networking? Did you use LinkedIn, Cold emailing, etc?

- How did you approach your job search? did you apply through the career sites of the major firms? did you apply to firms where you had connections that helped push your resume?

- How did you prepare for interviews? were there any resources you used that were helpful for case studies?

- Do you know any other alumni or people that you could refer me to speak with?

these are things I would probably want to ask

also good to ask for advice and insights on the recruitment timeline. If consulting is like banking then you'll want to be networking and studying for interviews in the winter and spring through the summer so when application open in the late summer/fall then you'll be in a good spot. Don't be the person who doesn't realize recruitment is going on until November
