MEM or master of finance to get into MBB or Top IBs

Hi , I am an engineering student from India with Bachelors and masters in chemical engineering and a minor in economics from the Top school in India .I wish to enter into MBB firms in USA or any IB profile would be great as well.Which of these masters courses would be best suited for the above objective. Masters in engineering management -Duke,Cornell,dartmouth Master in finance-UT austin,Vanderbilt,Princeton Does college brand matter more than the course? Thanks.
