Mercer Human Capital Consulting Analyst

Hey guys,

I have a full-time offer for Mercer's Human Capital Consulting Analyst position. There's not that much information out there, so I was wondering if anyone knew the exit opportunities, prestige, compensation, etc. for this position? I've heard that some people go on to business school and HR roles in industry, but I don't know what people are able to leverage this experience into after b-school and am not interested in HR. It seems like a very quantitative/analytical role, but would love some insight. Thanks.

I worked at Mercer before as part of their Human Capital team.

The smartest of my colleagues transitioned to Oliver Wyman, while other switched to industry or finance in HR roles.

Apparently their business is picking up in NYC. HR consulting is actually a very dynamic field and the work at Mercer is definitely more interesting than most people think (very analytical).

How much do they pay over in investment consulting? Base, signon, bonus?
