Mid Office Analyst in Banking vs Associate at Big 4

Currently got an offer from one of the big 4 as an associate even though I have almost 2 years of experience in Mid Office Banking, coming from Undergrad, and not sure if I should accept it or try getting a front-office role. Any thoughts? I need to give a response about the offer soon and I'm so torn if I should stick it out with my bank and wait for the next big thing in or if this jump to a big 4 would be beneficial for my career
