Moving to DC in a few months, my salary + bonus will be anywhere from 90-100k a year. I am looking for either studios, 1br, or even considering the roommate option. budget is $1600-$2000 a month. Is there a specific spot that caters more towards healthcare consulting professionals/healthcare policy?
