Need help tailoring my consulting resume

Hey guys. I've been lurking for a few years with an old account but created a new one for this, just in case.

I'm hoping to get my foot in the door for a consulting gig. Obviously, I'm not aiming for MBB considering my GPA, but maybe something along the lines of PwC, IBM GBS , and maybe even Accenture. I know that consulting is what I want to do.

Image of my resume is attached.

I currently have two work experience positions listed and I'm wondering if this is ok or if it's too little in terms of the "rule of 3". I have an additional VP Communications position I could include for a small non-profit but that position essentially came down to doing some web design/online presence work so I'm not sure if it's worth it.

My experience at the oil and gas company definitely gave me a well-rounded perspective on their operations and supply-chain but looking back at the job, I still wasn't in a position to do accomplish anything substantial (not that I expected to, being new to the industry). Still, I'm trying to spin this in a positive light. The career centre for my program is more suited to general resume review, which I've already had.

Let me know if you guys need any more info, have any tips, or if there's no hope for me. Thanks.

Thanks. Yeah, the alignment of the date for the last entry got skewed when I was editing it to remove some identifiable details.

Is the left-alignment of the section headings really that important? I thought doing it this way would ease the monotony of looking at a pile of resumes that were left-aligned. Aligning it to the left would involve extending the underline across the page (all the way from left to right), right?

I think you should follow the 3-rule: 3 experiences each section, 3 bullet points each experience. Only highlight what is relevant to consulting (this is very important).
