Next steps for employment

Hey all. I just graduated this fall of 2019. I managed to get an offer in management consulting but the program is for Summer 2020. I really want to work here but now I’m stuck in a predicament about what I can do for the next 7 months. Should I start another job in the mean time or would it be smarter to stay in the job I’ve been in for the last 4 years (not related to my degree at all)?
