Oliver Wyman Interview

I had an interview for a full time position last Friday , and I still haven’t heard back. I’m taking it as not a good sign, but I don’t know if I am reading into it or not. I am unfamiliar with OW’s timeline.

Based on insights from WSO threads, delays in hearing back after interviews are not uncommon, and they don't always indicate a negative outcome. For example, in similar situations, candidates have experienced delays due to internal processes, additional approvals, or even scheduling issues within the firm.

If you haven’t heard back yet, it’s advisable to wait a few more days and then follow up with a polite email to your recruiter or point of contact. Keep in mind that firms like Oliver Wyman may have varying timelines depending on the role, location, or internal circumstances. Patience and a professional follow-up are key.

Ngl a full week isn't a great sign. I interviewed on a Thursday, got an offer the next Monday where the partner apologized for not having called on Friday. Of course complications/longer delays are also possible. Follow up now that it's been a week.
