Oliver Wyman travel policy
Considering an offer to lateral into OW at an experienced / senior level. Had a question about their travel policies. I hope to not have to travel coast-to-coast every week, but realistically will be doing this somewhat frequently. Getting the sense that unlike other consultancies, they don't do one class above economy even for long flights (e.g. > 5 hrs coast-to-coast). Can someone fill me in on their policies? Are they the same all the way up (into Partner)?
Believe 6 hours+ can be biz class for non-partners
Thanks. Do you see that the partners have a different policy?
Womp-womp that’s not great for a travel heavy firm. Most firms I know of do that for 4 hour flights. Some even less.
Yeah definitely not the greatest. But biz class in U.S. isn't vastly difference experience anyways
