Pay vs work-life balance?

Got an offer by a boutique for an associate consultant position along with a 75% pay increase compared to my current position as a researcher, which I got right out of university one year ago.

On one hand, the pay is great and I want to get into a consulting role, but on the other hand, the work-life balance at my current company is great. The boutique is also very small and it's very difficult to find reviews about it online, although it has been in the consulting space for nearly a decade and seems well-established in its niche.

What would you do in my position?

Are there any factors I haven't considered?
