possible postgrad summer internship with MBB
Hey,
I am about to graduate in May of this year. I wanted to know if it was possible to land summer internships with MBB (or the like) after you've already graduated or if its extremely unlikely.
Thanks.

Nearly impossible.
MBB Summer Internship after Undergrad? (Originally Posted: 06/26/2011)
I'm an undergrad studying the "hard" sciences (think math, physics, etc.) and I have OK grades, I guess (A- average). I'm interested in pursuing a Masters degree in my field of study, and I was wondering if MBB is willing to hire summer interns in between the 4th year of undergrad and 1st year of Masters. Has it been done before? Are they willing to do this? The job postings I see explicitly say they are looking for students between their third and fourth years of study...
I have a friend who got a summer internship at BCG between their undergrad and masters.
.
I could just crash all the info sessions for FT recruiting in Sept and ask them personally... would that be considered rude, though? For a guy who isn't planning to apply for FT to barge in and ask a bunch of questions about recruiting in January... >_>
