Post Process Firm Recruiter Follow Ups
Current Senior who signed full time offer but interested in trying to rerecruit MBB in first lateral hire cycle in 2026. I want to keep in touch with recruiters about what I'm up to etc. to keep a foot in the door (especially for processes I was in but didn't secure an offer from). What are good things to emphasize in such emails? How explicitly should I communicate that I'm interested in rerecruiting to the firm?
