PwC or Deloitte (India) which one has good SAP practice team

Hi,
I have been offered a job in Deloitte as well as in PwC as a sap consultant. Both are paying almost equal money and the position is same too. Although I have heard a lot about these two, but have never came across with any information regarding their sap practice. Also I know both have their different reputation in different regions, that is why I want to know how is it doing in India. Which one will be a better choice.

Also, since I can join only one of them, will rejecting the other blacklist me in their organization?

I can not answer the first part of the question since it's not my area of expertise. As far as joining any one is concerned then no, you will not be blacklisted. Although competitors, both the firms have known to be very graceful about letting go of applicants. You're talking about firms that receive thousands of applications everyday - they don't have anything to lose! What matters is that you don't burn bridges with them.
