PwC or EY (PCS Group Tax)

Hello!

I'm a student with offers to work within the PCS (Private Client Services) Tax group of both PwC and EY. The group at the EY office is pretty small and they are looking to grow in the coming months. The group at the PwC office is fairly large and established.

I like the cultures of both firms, of course both are very different. I would like to know what you guys think would be the better opportunity. An ex-big 4 buddy of mine told me that EY is the way to go-- given that it's much smaller, it will be easy to be noticed within the group. He says it's important to be well known in the Big 4 and this is an opportunity to do so. However, PwC will have the better clients.

I would love to know what you guys think. I want to get involved with PCS because I think working with smaller privately held companies gives greater opportunity to interact with client management, and learn a whole lot as compared to working with large publicly held companies.
