Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice

Hey all - I've been a long time reader of the site, but mostly have followed the RE forum. I've recently landed something in an RE practice of a well known consulting company. I believe they focus on restructuing assets and financing, and management of projects/developments.

Does anyone here have experience in this space, or would be able to expand on examples of past projects they've worked on? I don't think its valuation/appraisal stuff, which I think many of the big 4 do a lot of. I've always been very interested in McKinsey's RE and Infra practice, and the growing role of public private partnership financing; could a group like the one I mentioned lead to something like that. Or would this be a more appropriate question for the RE group? Thanks.
