Recruit as an experienced hires at Bain (South East Asia). Please help

Hello WSOs,

I plan to recruit at Bain South East Asia as an experienced hire. Appreciate if anyone can share the followings:

  1. What is the test used to screen candidates? Where can I find practice test or at least similar types? I heard it has 25-26 questions but the more research I do, the more it seems like a complete blackbox

  2. How should I go about networking? any other things to watch out for? What's the recruitment process for experienced hires?

  3. What's the salary for Consultant and Case Team Leader position (base, bonus,...); will it be in local currency or USD?

If you feel more comfortable to chat in private, please DM me!

Cheers,
