Recruiting at Elite Boutiques v MBB

I am about to start my application process for full time positions and was wondering if anyone had insight into how recruiting at firms like Parthenon and Booz would be vs. MBB. Should I prepare for interviews in the same way, or do the smaller consultancies look for different qualities?

These will be my first full-time consulting interviews so any thoughts are appreciated.

I think a lot of the consulting firms are modeled after MBB, so for purposes of apps, you can assume that you play it the same way (i.e. expect case interviews, keep your resume to 1 pg, quantify your accomplishments in some way, don't just say "what" you did, say "why" it mattered, etc.)
