Recruiting out of Masters programs
Wondering if anyone has any insight into consulting recruiting out of masters programs rather than undergraduate - can one expect a higher salary / is there room to negotiate this? Also, where do you come in in the firm’s hierarchy?
Hey, master's (non-MBA) graduate here. Unless you have am MBA, master's applicants are pooled together with undergraduate applicants, no real difference in terms of pay or standing.
