Resume Critique for an APD candidate

Hi everyone,

I have been learning a lot from in forum for some time now, and would like to ask for some advice on my resume.

I am an APD candidate with extensive research experience (>10 years) in university and now trying to transition into finance- or consulting-related jobs. At >30 years old, I know this is going to be a tough sell, but I am doing everything I could and hoping for the best to happen this year. I have been doing cases since mid last year, and now ready to send out my applications but I thought it would be better if I get some advice from this forum before submitting the resume. I wonder if I can get some help here?
