Retaking the SAT for consulting?

So I am transferring to a top 15 school this fall and I don't have good test score because I only took the SAT early on in 9th grade. I was able to get in because the test I was supposed to take was cancelled and they waived the test score.

I planned to retake it this summer but it was cancelled multiple time and all the test dates for this fall will likely be taken by high schoolers who they are prioritizing.

I heard GMAT scores don't make up for a bad SAT score and I want to make sure nothing so simple is an obstacle.

I don't think I can report this score it is better I say I don't have one. I literally walked in and filled out enough math questions to get the score I needed for a special program then and didn't feel like filling out the rest. I also took it when I was 14.
