Return offer rates
What’re the offers looking like for y’all’s groups? My office had a 100% offer rate but I’ve heard that return offers were lower this year compared to previous years.
My team only had 2 people lol can’t speak other teams and I did not receive but the other intern did. Was receiving “meeting expectations - keep doing what you’re doing” all summer up until the final performance review where I was told I was below expectations and my deliverables were taking too long. No idea if just miscommunication about my perfromance prior or what.

I’m hearing ~85% return offer rates for my firm, but this varies by office and tenure (post mba vs post undergrad).
