I was wondering how salaries in MBB MC evolve over time.
It would be great if people on this board could add to my limited knowledge demonstrated below.
Format: Role BCG (Mckinsey); package (including minimum bonus) in K$; average salary raises over time; average duration of role
- Associate (Business Analyst); 55$; +5% every 6 months; 2 years
- Consultant (Associate); 135$; +5% (?) every 6 months; 2 years
- Project Leader (Engagement Manager); 200$ (?); ... ; 2 years
- Principal (principal); 300$ (?); ... ; 3 years
- Partner; first year pay around 500$?
