Seeking consulting career coach

Hi guys:

I am new to this forum - I currently work at a PE fund where the senior people and my managers came from one of the MBBs. I am looking for a career coach who can guide me navigate the promotion/perception-making in my firm. Ideally, I would love to work with someone who has spent 6-10 years in consulting, was relatively successful in consulting at an MBB, and can speak to how to manage the promotion dynamics there.

Would you happen to know anyone /any website that would allow me to find those people please? (already tried WSO mentor page and to my surprise, actually did not find that many experienced consultants who are EM or above). Most of the results I found from googling "management consulting coach" seem to focus on casing/getting the job, not much on getting promoted, manage internal perception after you have the job.

Thank you!
