So, Spring.

Hi,

So I've been gunning for consulting this fall with no avail and I was wondering how likely it is to be recruited in the spring? The cycle is over for most firms and I'm not sure that they recruit in the spring as well. How do I reach out? Is it too late?

Thanks!

I got recruited in the spring. Scour LinkedIn and cold-email boutiques. It's not too late. Obviously you won't be getting MBB offers but a tier 2/3 is not beyond you.

Currently: future neurologist, current psychotherapist Previously: investor relations (top consulting firm), M&A consulting (Big 4), M&A banking (MM)

@"chicandtoughness" I see. So there's still hope huh. I was thinking boutiques were my only way to go too. Any tips on the whole process? I've found it hard to get directly to recruiting w/o referrals, maybe i'm searching in the wrong places?

@"HEBanker" SA? I need something full time though, and an extra semester is probably out of the question for me.
