I have an offer to join SSA & Company, a NY-based boutique, out of undergrad and was wondering if anyone had info on the firm.
They're ~60 people and fairly spread out across the country as they allow consultants and above to live anywhere and do mostly remote work anyways (outside of client travel). Clearly operations/efficiencies work focused, and it seems a lot of their clients are financial services, insurance, and oil+gas. Their leadership team is very pedigreed.
Does anyone have knowledge of this firm? Wondering about how this firm is viewed, exit opps, B school, etc., and WLB/pay progression if possible. Thanks!
