Stock transactions

I am a new joiner of one of the management consulting firms. I am curious about stock purchase transaction monitoring policy. I know that I cannot buy stocks related to the project, so I am keep investing on ETFs. I've invested on 5 plus ETFs these days. I heard that there is an annual compliance process that checks whether employees are doing right. My question is here. Do I need to submit annual stock transaction record like accounting firms at that moment, or just self check the list that I am align with the policy?
