T2-->Bain EH hiring migration

Looked at linkedin and noticed 25+ T2 consulting new grads 1 YOE in east coast (NYC, Boston) being a Bain April 2026 start date. Is this a normal occurance for Bain to hire aggressively for laterals less than 1 year in?
