T2 Consulting: LEK vs Oliver Wyman

Hey everyone! I currently have received offers from Oliver Wyman and LEK (both in the Boston Office). Do you have any insights on which one to choose, as I'm having a pretty difficult time trying to decide? My primary interest lies in healthcare, so I would want to go which has the strongest exit opportunities in this area (MBA/MPH Dual Degree, Healthcare PE, etc). I'd also love to learn more about the company culture and work life balance.

Also, does anyone know what the profit sharing is like at OW?

Thanks for all of your help!
