McKinsey recruits at every top school, though Chicago places slightly worse than other top 15 schools. Interns or full-times are usually placed at offices near where their school is located - so in your case the Chicago or Cleveland office are where you might get recruited to. In consulting its not like one office is less prestigious than another, but I'm just saying that recruitment is more regional in flavor (ie Duke places a lot in Atlanta, Dallas, Miami, DC...Penn in Philly, Pittsburgh, New Jersey...Dartmouth in Boston, etc.)
