Third Year Associate Consultant
I heard that Mck and Bain offer third year associate consultants a huge raise and the chance to go to work internationally for the next year. Anybody know if this is true? Is there a similar structure at Bcg?
Also working internationally is an option in the third year at Bain/McK. I know several that have left for China, Korea, and HK.
Externships are also popular.
It's a pretty big raise. Definitely more like 115-125k all in. Yes Bain and McK allow you to work internationally (provided you have the language ability where needed). I am not sure if it is true at BCG; Bain was the first to do this and last year McK followed suit.
