Thoughts on Protiviti and Rerecruiting?

Hi guys, first post here.  I'm an incoming intern at Protiviti in their Internal Audit and Financial Advisory group in a T2 city on the West Coast.  Anything of note about the firm and the people from your experience in consulting? The people I've met seem cool, and the WLB seems actually solid from what I understand.  Even though I'm excited to intern this summer, I'm heavily considering recruiting for a FT role in a more generalist consulting position.  Any recommendations on what to do this year and next summer to be in good shape for recruiting? For context, I go to a Semi-target on the East Coast with good placements to Big 4 and some connections to MBB.  I plan on only recruiting for FT roles on the West Coast, assuming I get a return offer from Protiviti.  Any insights are appreciated!
