The usual suspects. Probably mckinsey, bain, bcg, booz, & monitor have the strongest practices in these area. How they stack up against each other in these buckets, i can't say, but I'm quite confident you'd wind up with those guys in each.

Consumer goods - BCG is the strongest here
Healthcare - Tossup between Mckinsey & BCG
Internet - Bain is very strong here.
